Marriage Contract- Review

The battle between life and death could not have been portrayed in a more beautiful way. Yes DEATH! Even though the story revolves around a very serious topic, but still I would recommend this drama to to everyone. Personally I hate to watch a movie or drama like  The fault in our stars,  that make me regret breathing but ... but my friends I can't say the same for this one. Why? Because even with all the buckets of tears and empty tissue paper boxes, the pure love and loyalty of a man who would go to the end for someone; is worth watching. The same man who approaches his soon to be paper wife because he needs a kidney for his dying mother. Plus we can not ignore the little bundle of joy, the daughter of our heroine who is bound to suffer a fate she did not ask for.

Shut Up Flower Boy Band - Review

Rock stars, Love, Fame, Self discovery and Much More!!! Wah! This drama made me fume in anger , shed silent tears, writhe in worry and laugh out loud. It is the perfect combination of fiction and reality, slice of life, tells it like it is and a lesson for all of those who want to make it big in the entertainment business. The drama revolves around a bunch of high school boys, at the peak of their lives, having fun and fights, all attached to each other with their love of music or is the other way around? In any case we see these boys go through all that life can throw at someone. This story is not a sugar coated, rainbow land of fairy tales. We see these boys experience fame, love, friendship, making life decisions and the death of one of their own. In the midst of all of the scandals and rumors they learn life lessons and grow as humans.  After you watch the last episode of this drama I can guarantee that for a moment you will feel that surreal feeling where you question

To The Beautiful You - Review

Love, drama, comedy, friendship, romance, bromance, heart break, cross-dressing, competition, intense rivalry; you name it! This drama has it all!!! In one line its a story about a fan-girl who wants to help the the love of her life by following him to an all boys school- dressed as - you guessed it, a boy. On many grounds it is just like any other romantic comedy out there. For instance the traditional getting sick and nursing scene or playing mean in the beginning act; but that's not all there is to the story. All the characters are very well developed, that air of school life, those friendly competitions and also the not so friendly ones, love triangles, parental issues, beach scenes,  it is all there. What we must not forget fellow watchers is that it's not just the story that is very well written and presented but alsothat the casting is amazing.  It all boils down to the fact whether or not Gu Jae He (Sulli) can see Kang Tae Joon (Choi Minho) ju

Kill Me, Heal Me Vs Hyde, Jekyll, Me - Review

Seemingly there is soooooo much common between these two dramas, like they both aired in the January of 2015 or that they both are about Chaebols suffering with the same psychological disorder ( Dissociative Identity Disorder) , who are trying to hide their demons from the world and will be saved by ladies in shinning lop gloss. Aaaaaaannnnnddd that's just about it! Other then the basic plot which seems very rudimentary at first sight but has its own depths of each drama, both the stories are very different from each other. Let's save the best for last and talk about  Hyde, Jekyll, Me first. The aesthetics are very eye catching, that include the male lead, Hyun Bin with  his two charming personalities (Gu Seo Jin and Robin)  that hate each other. For them to live a normal life Gu seo Jin must come to terms with his past and deal with the sorrow and anxiety that comes with it, but turns out he's a coward. Evidently there are a lot of changes to be made before he could
